Bath salt contains:
✔ Himalayan salt - a natural source of sodium, calcium and magnesium
✔ Amber extract - has a refreshing and energizing effect
✔ Orange and tangerine essential oils – stimulate the senses and improve the mood
Pour about ½ cup of salt into warm water in the tub. Wait until the salt si completely dissolved. Immerse your body in the bath and relax for 15-20 minutes. After bathing, rinse your body thoroughly with water. Use 2-3 times a week or as needed.
