Top Glow Gold Flakes is a topcoat with the addition of gold particles. It will be a great decoration of any colored hybrid varnish. Top Glow Gold Flakes does not require washing with a dust-free swab.

Usage:

Apply a layer of TOP GLOW in the selected color to give a glitter finish to the styling, and then cure in the lamp. Does not require washing with Cleaner.
