A pigment with intense, neon colors that, under the influence of UV rays, emanates a glowing effect. It is characterized by unprecedented color brightness, both in daylight and under the influence of UV rays. Perfect for weekend parties or going to the club. You can mix colors to achieve a variety of results. Apply on the dispersion layer or mix with white hybrid varnish to obtain the desired color. Professional products, require caution and personal protection during application.
HOW TO USE
Prepare your nails as for hybrid manicure , apply the base and cure in a led /UV lamp. Apply a hybrid varnish (preferably in a color similar to the dust) and cure in a LED/UV lamp, gently sprinkle with dust (uniform, mixed, can be applied with an ombre sponge), gently remove excess pigment with a dust brush, apply top no wipe and cure in a LED lamp /uv
