HOW TO USE

Pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) over 1 tablespoon of the mixture (2.5 5 g ) and steep, covered, for 10–15 minutes. Then set aside for 10 minutes and strain.

It is best to drink the infusion about 30 minutes before a meal.

It is recommended to drink 1 glass of infusion (250 ml) prepared from 1 tablespoon of the mixture (2.5 g) once a day.
