In addition, it binds water, creating a film on the skin surface that reduces water loss. Rosehip seed oil is obtained by cold pressing the seeds extracted from the inside of ripe fruits. It is a rich source of vitamins A, E and C, as well as carotenoids, flavonoids, tannins and B vitamins, and is also a source of essential, unsaturated fatty acids. Recommended for sensitive, dry, mature skin and skin prone to breaking capillaries, it also helps in the treatment of acne and psoriasis.
