Commonly used in aromatherapy and skin care.

Dosage
For hair – mix laurel oil with extra virgin olive oil in a 1:2 ratio, then gently massage the scalp. Repeat 2 times a week, at least 5 minutes before washing.
For massage - soothes rheumatic pains, swelling (a few drops to the base oil).
Directly on the skin - in the case of skin lesions, use locally.
